We understand that to maintain a clean office environment it requires close supervision and follow-up. CSA does not own any ancillary businesses that provide these services. CSA is here to assist you in selecting the best value and service in the industry at the best value. They have state of the art equipment on their truck, utilizing hot water extraction and low moisture cleaning, depending on what the job entails and the type of carpeting your office has. 

 VENDOR QUALIFICATIONS

 CSA has strict requirements each service provider must adhere to before they become part of our team. We personally interview and prescreen all service providers making sure they meet our stringent requirements. CSA service providers must agree to the following before being approved:

• Certification of Insurance Verification

• Maintain all occupational licenses as required within areas of work performed
• Serving the greater Phoenix area
• 24 hour, 365 day emergency service (when applicable)
• Give “priority” service to CSA customers
• In the business at least 5 years
• Commitment to provide a satisfaction guarantee policy
• Give CSA customers special pricing
• Be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau
